BAPCO event, Strathclyde Fire and Rescue Service HQ.

Sonic Communications (Int) Ltd had the pleasure of exhibiting at this event recently. The event was well attended with Communications Officers from a broad range of radio users. Of particular note were the number of local authorities in attendance as they look at their next generation of radio systems.

A great deal of interest was shown in the new Personal Handsfree accessory from Sonic. This provides a rugged PTT and microphone along with the earhook already popular with the Scottish police forces. 		 



This development of the original accessory also makes use of a higher quality cable and the approved Motorola connector in the MTH version.

With many potential new users of Airwave at the event there was a much talk of the range of audio accessories and connectivity with the Airwave terminals. Assurances being given that Sonic shall continue to be at the forefront of development of audio accessories for all the future Airwave terminals and any other audio technology that may be implemented.
