Guinness Book Of Records -Fastest Motorcycle journey down the Americas.

DEJA-VU! Sonic Intercom Systems for motorcyclists are still alive and kicking after over 26 years.Sonic co-invented an intercom system for motorcyclists to enable them to talk to each other on the same motorcycle in 1976 - 1977.

Our congratulations to Kevin and Julia Saunders upon completion of their record breaking motorcycle journey down the whole length of the Americas - from Artic Circle to the southern most tip of South America.

The previous record was 47 days and 12 hours - Kevin and Julia did it in 35 days, 17,000 miles of a mixture of dirt track, pot holes and sometimes nice flat concrete.

Throughout the record attempt they relied 100% on their Sonic Intercom System and link to a GSM Telephone - with a little bit of music and local traffic information of course via the intercom.

Kevin said, "the Sonic Systems were so good, they never once gave us a problem and we simply took their excellence for granted."

Check out their story on www.globebusters.com and look out for their video and book early 2004.
